What's your policy on general mail for Hawaii clients?

Plain up front: this is a registered agent operation, not a general mailbox. The policy below is intentionally tight.

Court papers always go through. Whenever a process server delivers a complaint, citation, subpoena, or attachment order against your Hawaii business, the document is digitized that day and dropped straight into your dashboard. Free. Uncapped. No exception ever.

Government letters get a small allowance. DCCA notices, Hawaii Department of Taxation notices, IRS letters, EIN paperwork — they share one yearly pool: three complimentary scans, period. Outbound paper is never free. Even SOP that was scanned at no charge will incur a postal shipment fee if you want a paper copy mailed.

Hawaii customers handling significant inbound volume should subscribe to our virtual mailbox separately. It layers on top of the registered agent service, gets its own line item, and never replaces the agent product.

Can I use your address for my business location?

Our address serves as your registered agent address—the official contact point for legal and government correspondence. It should not be represented as your business's primary operating location or used for purposes other than registered agent service.

What happens if I miss my annual report deadline in Hawaii?

Missing annual report deadlines can result in late fees, penalties, and eventually administrative dissolution of your business entity. We send compliance reminders to help you stay current with Hawaii filing requirements, but you remain responsible for ensuring timely submission.
